Dating your co workers
I carpool with a male coworker, and he and I have become friends.
What’s not legal, though, is to always have women be the ones who have to leave.Honestly, I would only recommend dating a coworker on two conditions: (1) You have no problem being very professional with your boyfriend at work and won't get jealous watching him interact with others, and (2) he's someone you really intend to be with for a long time. You don't want to bring drama or toxicity into the workplace with an unstable relationship. There's no gossiping about the date we went on over the weekend; no scheming with my coworkers about birthday gifts for my S. It's important that I not bring that intimacy into the workplace since they all know him.
Also, it's important to me to not alter their view of him as their coworker because of my experience as his girlfriend. It sucks having to watch your every move, trying to not make anyone uncomfortable or be unprofessional. Two of my coworkers have warned me to be careful, as there have just been rumors of people in the past possibly having relations and the woman was always the one to be terminated.
